Terms of service
Operator. Rulebook Wealth is operated by Mast. Company details will be published here.
1. The service. Rulebook Wealth ("the service") is a planned educational publication and web-based modelling tool operated by Mast. It is in early access and not on sale yet. It publishes a weekly brief, a regime indicator and model portfolio allocations for illustrative risk profiles.
2. Accounts. Accounts open soon. Planned: a Free account requires a valid e-mail address, and a Pro subscription (€19 per month, or €190 per year) is billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Final terms will be published before anything is sold.
3. Acceptable use. Personal, non-commercial use. You may quote briefs with attribution. You may not redistribute the model allocations, the derived indices or the alert feed as a service to others, scrape the site, or use the community to promote products, leverage or "signals".
4. No advice. Nothing on the service is investment, tax or legal advice. See the Risk disclaimer tab, which is incorporated into these terms.
5. Availability. We aim for the brief to publish every Thursday and the model to recompute weekly, but we do not guarantee uptime or timeliness. Data providers can be late; so can we.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
7. Changes. Material changes to these terms are announced by e-mail 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

What we collect today. If you e-mail us for early access: your e-mail address and your message, kept until you ask us to delete them. There are no accounts, forms or payments on this site yet.
What we do not collect. Account balances, positions, brokerage or exchange credentials, or any financial identifier. The service has no integration that could receive them.
Why (planned). To deliver the brief and alerts, to save your profile, to bill Pro, and to understand which briefs are read (aggregate only). We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. Attribution links in briefs (UTM parameters) tell us which channel a reader came from; they contain no personal data.
Where. EU data centres. Processors: e-mail delivery, payment processing, error logging — each under a data-processing agreement.
Your rights. Ask us to delete your early-access e-mail at any time: hello@rulebookwealth.com.
Cookies. One session cookie for sign-in. No advertising or cross-site trackers. The guest preview sets nothing beyond that.
Risk disclaimer
Educational only. The brief, the regime meter and the model allocations are educational content describing the output of a rules-based model for three illustrative risk profiles. They are not recommendations for any individual. We do not know your income, liabilities, tax position, time horizon or temperament, and we have not assessed suitability.
No promise of return. No return is promised, projected or implied anywhere on the service. Where we show ranges, they are Monte Carlo illustrations drawn from historical volatility and are explicitly not forecasts. Past regimes do not predict future ones. Historical allocation tables in the archive are model output, not a track record, and do not reflect costs, taxes or execution.
Loss of capital. Every asset in the model — equities, bonds, gold, Bitcoin, cash — can lose value, and diversified portfolios have lost money for years at a time. Bitcoin in particular has fallen more than 75 % from its peak on four occasions and may do so again.
Not a regulated firm. Rulebook Wealth is not a licensed investment adviser, broker or portfolio manager in any jurisdiction and does not hold client assets. Consult a licensed adviser before making investment decisions.
Third-party tools. If you use a spreadsheet, a portfolio tracker or a broker to act on an exported allocation, that software is not ours and carries its own risks. Automating a rebalance does not reduce investment risk. The Rulebook Wealth model is long-only; we do not use leverage and do not recommend it in any form.
Community content is written by members and is not reviewed for accuracy. It is not advice either.
Data licensing & privacy of your tools
Derived indices, not raw data. Rulebook Wealth publishes indices derived from public sources: FRED (Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis), central-bank statistical releases, GDELT and public conflict-event data, plus central-bank gold statistics and IMF IFS for individual charts. We redistribute transformed, aggregated values only — a 0–100 index, a 3-month impulse — never the underlying series, in line with each provider's terms. Series identifiers are cited so you can obtain the originals from the source.
Conflict-event data are used under the provider's access terms; we publish aggregated event densities and never event-level records. GDELT is open; we publish a derived tone index. FRED series are public domain or used under FRED's terms of use.
We never hold trading credentials. Rulebook Wealth has no order path — there is nothing in the service that could place a trade. The optional custody link accepts a read-only key that reads balances only, refuses any key carrying trade, withdrawal or transfer scope, and keeps that key in your own browser; it is never required, and the no-key route stays the recommended one. Whatever you use to rebalance runs in your own broker account or on your own machine, and its credentials never reach us. The only file that leaves Rulebook Wealth is the allocation export, and only when you click it.
Your content. You own your forum posts. You grant us a licence to display them on the service. Briefs and indices are © Mast; quote with attribution.
Refunds
Nothing is on sale yet, so there is nothing to refund. Refund terms will be published here before Rulebook Wealth goes on sale.
