Comparison

Rulebook Wealth against the usual ways of doing the same job

We do not rate other companies' products here. We compare design choices against two typical alternatives — a research subscription and a percentage-fee managed portfolio — on the axis this product is built around: what you are paying for, whether you can check it, and what it costs over time. Rulebook Wealth is in early access and not on sale yet.

Summary

What Rulebook Wealth is designed around

Not breadth, not production values, and not the quality of anybody's thinking. Four things that are checkable from the outside.

The rule is published

Three components, fixed weights, a hysteresis rule and a band per sleeve — all written down, all versioned. A typical service asks you to trust a person or a black box.

The free tier is the product

Planned: brief, meter and the Balanced allocation cost nothing. Not a teaser — the thing itself, so you can judge it before paying anything.

Nothing is locked in

Weights, bands and caps export as JSON or CSV. No assets under management, no custody, no exit friction.

Its assistant acts

Give the banker a standing mandate and it works between your visits — drift, guards, weekly notes — and every entry says what it did, why, and the number. Try it in the demo preview.

Σ

It shows the arithmetic

Every figure comes from the same functions the panels use, so the assistant and the screen can never disagree — and it names the panel when it cannot compute something.

It keeps a record of its misses

Wrong calls and lagging stretches are printed at the same size as the wins, on the free tier.

Three-year cost

A fee on assets is quiet and compounds: 0.25 % on €200,000 is €500 a year and rises with the balance, where a fixed yearly fee does not.

Comparison FAQ

Why no names and prices of other services?
Products and prices change constantly, and a comparison we cannot keep current is worse than none. The table compares design choices, which you can check against any service you are considering.
Isn't a table where you win every row a bit convenient?
Yes, and the axes were chosen deliberately: published rules, checkable inputs, explicit caps, export, and a fee that does not scale with your balance. On breadth of coverage, production quality, single-stock research or having the money managed for you, other services can beat us outright — which is why those rows are not in the table.
Can I use Rulebook Wealth alongside another service?
That is the expected case. Nothing here asks for exclusivity.
Is any of this investment advice?
No. This page compares product designs. The Rulebook Wealth model allocations are illustrative output of a published rule set for three risk profiles, not recommendations for any individual, and no return is promised. See the risk disclaimer.
